Match Report Press Report

Dolphin II Lost to Brighton II.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 3 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. The away team proved the statisticians wrong though by clinching a great win.

On paper, the number 4 string should have been the closest, with only 4 ranking points separating the two players before the match. The Away player, Tom Allum-Watts, did well therefore to secure the win.

It was the number 5 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 123 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player, James Dunphy.

Player of the tie was the Away No. 2 string, Charlie Foster, gaining 40 Ranking Points from the match.
